OUR MISSION STATEMENT
American Legion Greenwood Post 114 knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 1980, our Veterans' Organization realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch American Legion Greenwood Post114.
Our mission is to promote the interests of those who have served and those who currently serve in the United States Military and their families; to ensure the necessary medical care and well-being of those who have served; to help provide information to them regarding their rights under the Department of Veterans' Affairs; to promote the defense of our country, and to participate in the observances and memorials of those associations, both locally and nationally.
American Legion Greenwood Post 114 is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our Veterans' Organization is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We make sure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities.
At American Legion Post 114 Greenwood MI, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Advocacy is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Learn more about our work by getting in touch with our team today.
